Endoscopic Spine Surgery- Lumbar Discectomy for Sciatica This patient presented to us severe left Sided Sciatica pain for three months. Had tried everything but didn't had any relief. The patient underwent Endoscopic discectomy at Jaypee Hospital. We used German made Richard wolf Endoscope which gives excellent and clear visualization of Nerves and Disc fragments.
