MinImally invasive Spine Surgery - MIS TLIF This 68 year old patient from cuba presented to us with back pain and leg pain with Severe restriction of movements. Her MRI showed L4 5 , L5S1 stenosis with severe foraminal compression. She underwent Minimally invasive TLIF at L5S1 with decompression at both L5 and S1 level, Her pain improved significantly and she was discharged afyter 3 days.
