Multiple Myeloma of Spine A 74 year old male had dull aching Back Pain for last 1 month. He had sudden increase in pain in back with sharp shooting sciatica like pain in legs. His MRI showed desctructive lesion in Lumbosacral spine with spinal cord compression. He underwent Spinal decompression and Fixation with pedicle screws.
