Scoliosis and deformity correction 35 year old female had hump in back for last 15 years with severe back pain. Back pain was very severe and interfering with her routine activities. Her X ray showed kyphoscoliotic deformity of spine with significant coronal imbalance. She Underwent spine surgery at Jaypee Hospital Noida. The surgical steps involved pedicle screw fixation, ostetomies and deformity correction. the surgery was done under the safety of neuromonitoring that significantly reduced risk of neurological deficit. After surgery patient had significant improvement in pain and cosmesis.
