Degenerative Scoliosis with Back pain & amp; Sciatica This 69 year old lady presented to us with back pain and difficulty in getting out of Bed and changing posture for last 6 months.Her Xray showed Degenerative Scoliosis and Lateral Spondylolisthesis. MRI confirmed compression due to facet hypertrophy and slip disc. She underwent Pedicle screw fixation and TLIF from L2 to L5. Her Symptoms improved significantly and She was discharged in 3 days.
