Tuberculosis of Spine ( TB spine) This 10 year old boy presented to us with back pain and difficulty in walking . His MRI spine showed complete destruction of D9 vertebrae and collapse with spinal cord compression. He underwent Spinal laminectomy and pedicle screw fixation with biopsy.
