Tuberculosis of Spine A 12 year old boy presented to us with difficulty in walking and weakness in both legs since last one month. He aslo had weight loss and loss of appetite. His MRI showed compression at D 6 and D7 dorsal vertebrae level by some extradural mass with cord OEdema. His MRI was highly suggestive of Pott's spine. He underwent dorsal laminectomy and Pedicle screw fixation.His Biopsy confirmed Tuberculosis. He was started on ATT and reffred to physiotherapy for rehabilitation.
